Purchase Cancellation Policy – The Kava Shop

One-Off Orders

You may cancel a one-off order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, email us at team@thekavashop.online with your order number as soon as possible — we process orders quickly, so earlier requests are more likely to be caught before dispatch.

There is no cancellation fee. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If your order has already been dispatched by the time we receive your cancellation request, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our Refund Policy for return options once you receive it.
