Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please allow additional time during peak periods or for large orders.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Domestic (New Zealand):

Flat Rate: $7.50 NZD

Free Shipping: For all orders over $100 NZD

Delivery Time: 2–4 business days (rural areas may take longer)
Local Pickup (Christchurch only):

Available by arrangement. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we’ll contact you to schedule a time.
International Shipping (Coming Soon):
We are working toward expanding to Australia and the United States. For wholesale or special requests outside New Zealand, please email us at himextradingltd@gmail.com.
Packaging
All orders are packed in sealed, food-grade stand-up pouches to ensure freshness and hygiene. We aim to reduce plastic where possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.
Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or natural disruptions. However, we’re committed to helping you locate delayed parcels, please email us any time with concerns.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
We do not currently ship internationally due to customs restrictions around kava but are actively working on expanding.
