Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You'll receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Please allow additional time during peak periods or for large orders.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Domestic (New Zealand):
- Standard Shipping: $7.50 NZD (orders under $120 NZD)
- Free Shipping: On all orders $120 NZD and over
- Estimated Delivery: 2–4 business days (rural areas may take longer)
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery from our Auckland and Christchurch branches:
- Delivery radius: Within 10km of your nearest branch
- Minimum order: $35 NZD
- Delivery fee: $10 NZD for orders between $35–$84.99 NZD
- Free local delivery: On orders $85 NZD and over
Local delivery is available from both our Auckland and Christchurch branches. Please select the local delivery option at checkout.
Local Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at both our Auckland and Christchurch branches. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll contact you to confirm a suitable time.
Packaging
All orders are packed in sealed, food-grade stand-up pouches to ensure freshness and hygiene. We aim to reduce plastic where possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers or natural disruptions. However, we're committed to helping you locate delayed parcels — please email us any time with your concerns.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within New Zealand only. We do not offer international shipping at this time due to customs restrictions around kava.
